I have received offer letter from Barclays and HR asked me to provide documents to hireright team for verification. today I received mail from resourcing team of Barclays saying people screening stage 1 has been completed. I just wanted to know how many stages of verifications will there and can anybody tell what are the things which are verified in each stage?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

Do you must check “Yes” in the application form question “do you need sponsorship in the future?” when you don’t want it and just want to work until the OPT ends?

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. I don’t want to waste time (colleagues mentioned it doesn’t get much better from here). Do I embrace the suck or look for other opportunities?
