I have received offers from Genpact and IBM. Genpact is offering a ₹26 LPA base, while IBM is offering ₹27 LPA base plus a ₹2 LPA joining bonus.

TCS has not released the offer letter yet.

At the moment, I am not planning to join any of these companies. My last working day is 22nd January 2026, and I resigned from my current company without having an offer letter in hand.

Should I wait for more opportunities, or would it be better to join one of these companies?

I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. According to California Law, employers must pay unused vacation. Each year, we are given 33 days of holidays, no accrual. I was just laid off and my employer only paid half of my vacation because it’s mid year. Is this legal?

I'm not a reporter, I'm just a citizen who took a picture during an event and uploaded it to my social media account. Turns out a digital media wrote me to have permission to use my picture, and when I said yes, they said they were looking for some other picture because I had already given permission to the competitors, which I didn't.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. But, on seeing the scare no. of Job postings on Job sites and the difficulty in switching jobs. It seems to be a difficult thing going ahead with Basis. Can anyone advise me?
