Recently I got offer from @Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP (DTTILLP) as Assistant Manager | .Net Core full stack Developer at Lower Parel, Mumbai, But my overall experience is 4.4 Years (My current designation is Senior Software Developer)

Can anyone help me to understand how is the work culture in DTTILLP & is it worth it to join Deloitte for this designtn

Also they are give me 30% INCR on my current Fixed + well being+ Gratuity+ Performance bonus yearly (10-15%)

What's your preference for plaintiff's side? Steady pay at approximately $120k with no bonuses, or a base salary of $70k plus a cut of what you close over a minimum threashold? Midwest-ish market. In both situations, you get a cut of what you bring in.
