Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte
Amazon folks - need to reschedule an inteview due to an unforeseen work commitment. Wondering if it's going to look bad/impact the interviewing chances if I were to ask for a reschedule? It's taken months of applying to get one so don't want to jeopardize but the current job committment is going to be difficult to get out of (unless I call in sick). Recommendations?

I take it as a hard pass for me. If they meant challenging in a way that's thinking out of the box and trying new things, there is a better way to word it. I automatically go to challenging being difficult to work for.
He or she has may be demanding but fair or could have had personality conflicts with their previous employees. It’s hard to say what exactly that means. I’d do the interview and ask questions to try and get examples of how exactly this leader is supportive and challenging.

This is more my take. Do the interview and find a way to ask strategic questions that can give more of an insight to what it really means. Also make sure you interview directly with said leader before joining.
