2nd - 6 months
I am working in 3rd company from last 1 year.
I have started giving interviews and got selected in wipro,Ibm,mindtree.

Is it good to make 3 rd switch in this time.
As my last switch is very early so is it good to make another switch. Does it will create any impact on my resume for future?

This is probably an odd question, but i just found out that the professor who is teaching a tax class I’m in for school, is the Tax manager from a local firm who is assigned to our taxes as a company (I’ve worked with him regarding our taxes).

Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. I stayed with Infosys for 8 years and had best ratings but never got onsite.. now I switched to captive but really want to go onsite. I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.

Just wanted to know if this happens with everyone while switching or am I the only one.
