IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? And is the variable paid fully usually? Thanks in advance for your insights.

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

The interview process take weeks of time and multiple rounds. So just wanted to know what is the point of all these rounds.

Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position. How can I merge FB and GA data? Some clients of mine believe that Facebook doesn't bring us results 'cause GA says so. The difference between the two of them is A LOT. Facebook says we have 100 conversions and GA only reports 2. How can I prove to them that Facebook does its job? What data can I show?
