CitiusTech - 25 LPA- 2 days WFO in my hometown

R Systems - 28 LPA - Remote

YOE - 6.5 years

Looking for stability, decent WLB and good growth opportunity. Difference of 1-2 lacs doesn't matter too much.

These are the final options I have. No more interviews/offers lines up.

Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

What’s the typical timing of big law interviews? I wish to go into technical (development) profile now, but not as a fresher. I want to continue with 3 yoe.
But the issue is, I have no (dev) project to show in interview as an 3 yoe person.

I've learned Java, springboot, restfulAPIs, kafka, but still hesitant to go for interviews as I do not have projects to discuss.

Interviewing for an assistant underwriting job, I meet all requirements except for knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. I minored in forensic science so I’m familiar with medical terminology/anatomy but unsure if this will make or break my interview, they might be looking for medical professionals? So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? To get a project I attended 2 interviews in 2 different projects. I didn't clear the interview.

Actually the problem is I'm a manual tester I worked in automation tools ( but that's all is codeless tools. We worked using record run mode or keyword scripting)

Here they are expecting High.. javascript, selenium, coding.. but I'm unable to ans their questions. Now what to do? If I don't clear the interviews then what will happen?
