Is Accenture strategy hiring ? I am done with HR round last week but not yet received offer letter and i am not sure if they have kept on hold. Verbal offer is however communicated on Friday and status shows offer initiated.

I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

I have an offer of 6.5 LPA fixed with Accenture (Level 11). Total CTC in Accenture is 7.8 LPA which includes variable pay. I have an offer of 8 LPA fixed with another company. I have accepted the offer of Accenture so now if I ask Accenture to increase my fixed amount to 7 LPA from 6.5 LPA, will my request get fulfilled and is this fair to ask? I joined Accenture last year in May at level 8 and received 3 lacs as joining bonus.

However, I've received a very good offer recently and will be putting down my papers tomorrow.

Now as per Accenture's offer letter, the joining bonus needs to be returned if I leave within an year of joining.

So, do I need to return the same even if leave the org in June (after completing 3 months NP) ? Any idea.
