I am about to be interviewed by an health tech startup for a Product Manager profile. I am currently working in edtech. My current salary is 8.2 LPA with no appraisal since 2022. What should I pitch for salary. My preferred salary amount is 20 LPA. How to negotiate?

Working as a summer analyst in private wealth management this summer and just got a return offer at GS. Anyone have any experience with salaries, exit ops, etc. pressured between taking the return and looking for something with more optionality.

Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?
