Hi guys I am doing coding problems since 2 months I solved problems without seeing solution morely rather then by myself solving them. Mostly out of 500 problems uhave solved 50 by myself rest by seeing solution .Can any body tell me when I can be good at logic building skills. I have done only basic problems and easy one not medium and hard as there are not of questions in easy domain. And when can I be ready for qa automation interview.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I am a CSM working in CTS for the past 4 years.. Here it's a dual role.. BA / SM and getting 9.5 LPA. Total YOE is 10Y. Since this package is so less compared with market, I resigned & started looking for a change. Got 3 offers - one for 15LPA, another for 16LPA and another for 21 LPA (all fixed). My question is, can I still counter this offer and get more LPA.. I want to stay committed to 21Lpa, but when calls come offering 25LPA, I get confused, how to face this??
