Hi guys, I am planning to start a training course for teamcenter devmnt at "ExpertPLM Technologies (Siemens's Authorized Training Partner for Teamcenter" which is Pune based institute.

I am a mechanical engineer and I have been working with PLM tool called Enovia for past five years and I see no career growth in my life.So I am planning to do this teamcenter development course.Seeking your advise whether my decision is correct or not. I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.

So I have my bachelors in criminal justice and I just finished my paralegal certificate course today. My attorney should be making partner this year. With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. Should I mention to her Monday that I completed my paralegal certificate in hopes that the raise will be bigger or should I wait until June when she makes partner.thoughts?

So, here it is. I was having joining on last week October as a senior analyst data science in Tiger Analytics. Today I got an call from HR that due to economic recession we are going to delay your date of joining by 2 months. My notice period was of 3 months. So total duration would be 5 months. Infact even after that too they didn't send me revised offer letter. There is something wrong with this company.

9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep

I just got a new job offer (3.5 YOE, strategy at late stage startup) for $125,000, sweet benefits, and $60k stock options.

I already notice that I want more despite not even receiving one paycheck. Previously made $85k.
