Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

I joined Infosys 5 days back. I want to leave because the project allocated to me is not matching to my skill set. When i asked same thing to my hr , they informed me that I will be getting kr for that. What should I do now?

I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

You can't do anything believe me. I had done everything from mailing HR to quarrel with Manger. In the end they were about to terminate me but I hold on my anger, gone with flow and resigned.
Didn't know infosys does this to lateral hires too. Thought only the ones who are here from beginning are facing this

You will have to act fast and connect with HR asap because after some time and if you are already allocated and ids generated they won't care as all they want is a billable resource

True. Can't do much. Continue for soemetime and leave. Don't unnecessary quarrel people will start having grudges

They do this very frequently but mostly with people who come in through campus recruitment and to be honest it is quite difficult to get out of misaligned projects because managers know all ways to keep you mapped to the project. Only possible way is to resign and put pressure on them.
I was also hired for salesforce dev and was given Salesforce support that to L1 and my unit was also changed, so before getting ids I made a switch in some other company and resigned.
Cause no mails worked but now they are trying to retain me
I am also doing the same now, giving interviews and trying to change the company
Is it difficult to change projects once assigned in Infosys?

Yeah if you are billable resource already in an project, its difficult and depends on manager.
