Capgemini: 11 fixed

How can I negotiate with Accenture to match with Capgemini and how many days before DOJ i should email them

Is there any chance Accenture will pay me more than 11 if I ask ?

Total YOE: 5.3
Relevant YOE: 3.2

How much as per current market,we can get for 8 yeo in to .net full stack development .net with angular.
Cctc 15.3 + 2.3 so 17.6

Hey mates, I have an overall experience of 14 years with 6lakh CTC. Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT).
