I’m in a tricky situation. I recently joined one service based company. Before joining i attended an interview with a product based company, but I didn’t receive the results at that time. Now, they are about to release an offer.
The issue is that I’m currently working on a project with the same client.

If I resign now, will there be any problems during the BGV process?

If a recruiter asks me if I’ve spoken to another recruiter at the company, is it okay if I lie and say no? Or should I just be honest and say yes? I’ve heard of instances where candidates have been ghosted if they say they’ve been in contact with another recruiter. In my case, the recruiter I was in contact with messaged me on LinkedIn and never followed up after our 5 minute phone conversation. I really want this job so I don’t want to mess anything up before getting an interview.

I just learned that I get to argue all of our pre-trial motions and do a direct examination at an upcoming trial. What are your best tips for preparing and setting yourself up for success? I want to hear them all! I’m beyond excited for the opportunity. It’s for our biggest client, so I really want to impress!

Has anyone ever had a client contact intentionally provide misleading evidence? As in alter it to try to hide a control exception. What did did you do? Also this was an IA person, not mgmt.

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Currently a program manager but not sure if I want to stay as one long term. Curious what other common paths people go into after project management?

Female here and I hate to say it! But whenever I’m pull to a new project I secretly hope I don’t get a female lead. 😞 I had some interesting experiences with women leads, which it does not apply to all women!, but I feel a bit hesitant and I feel is ptsd lol how can I overcome this mentality?! I’m pro women and equally etc etc but I often rather deal with a dude lead Bc we women are so hard on each other. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
