The partner gave me his email and LinkedIn and we talked mainly of culture and pwc and the director gave me behavioral based questions and i was able to give stories and everurhinf. I’ve been in my position with the Federal Government for over six years. I have never received a grade increase for the time that I was there, yet all of my reviews have been favorable down to me being able to receive monetary bonuses. Just recently I asked my supervisor why I haven’t I received a grade increase, she said my title doesn’t call for one. Any suggestions on how I should handle this matter? Thanks.
