Observing a strange trend. Even though, we're going through a recession and tech layoffs are at an all time high.
The SAP recruitment seems to be quite stable. Atleast for my skillset i.e. ABAP and Fiori/UI5, things don't look as bad as i thought it would be or is it my misconception? Opinions pls

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer.
