Deloitte india- 19.5 fixed + (7 to 10%) (noida) variable for variable they said they dont mention it in offer but its usually provided within this range.

Please help me choose in terms of learning, future hikes and wlb.

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
