Hi Guys. Today I joined Twilio. Twilio is such a cool company. It has plans to offer its employee permanent wfh. It gives 1 week off every quarter to all of its employee to avoid burnout. There is a "no meeting Friday" thing, means there will be no calls and meetings on Friday. No login and logout timing as such. Coming from a service company to a product, the cultural change is shocking.

- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

Hi fishes, need a advice I attended interview @ TCS on August 26th 2021.I was told that i was selected on september 21st 2021 and asked to upload documents in ibegin portal. I uploaded documents. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Also still didn't get any update regarding salary discussion call/offer letter etc. don’t know what to do now !

On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.
Is there any possibility that company will reject/ revoke offer given?

Is it ok to send the offer letter to a different organisation for the salary negotiation. They are saying it is the new policy and want to have the attachment of the offer hand that I am holding.
