Got offer from HCL with ~15% hike on CTC. Planning to continue with the same as not getting much calls due to 90 days notice period.
Joining date - 7 tu July. Wanted to extend this for 2 weeks.
PS: I haven't resigned from my current organization.

If I’m right on the cusp of hitting the contribution reductions for a Roth IRA for 2021 (will potentially have a greater than $125k AGI depending on bonus amount, but likely won’t exceed $130k), what should I do? I can fully find the $6k right now to a Roth, fund like $5k and then wait until June when I find out my bonus amount to decide what to do with the rest, or should I just do an IRA->Roth conversion just to be safe?
