There was one coding round which I cleared and after that they schedule the interview for me. On the interview day, i sent one mail to the interviewer to confirm and i got an automatic reply saying he is out of office. The interviewer did not inform me plus they did not even reschedule the interview. When I call the HR , the HR refused . Dassault Systemes

I have been selected as Cloud Support Engineer in Amazon and is being offered 20lpa fixed and 5lpa sign on bonus for first year and 4lpa sign on bonus for second year. I am not able to decide whether should I switch or not. If I want to grow then I need to switch but here I am feeling very comfortable
Work life balance is great and the work we do is having great impact. I am not getting the motivation to switch. Even if I do, 30% will be taken by gov.
