Hi, how does one go about asking for ESOP to be provided in the offer? Do you just say, "Give me ESOP"?

Have you ever not eaten for a really long time but just can’t? I’m tired and hungry but there’s some sort of...wall. I can’t get myself to do it. Not anorexic, I’m chubby, but...anxiety.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

let's all put paper or atleast look for other opportunities then they come to know how it feels. I am sure people who are in Publicis Sapient are very good in technical skills they can easily get job outside with same CTC.

Best areas to live in if have to commute to DTLA two days a week and partner has to travel to Riverside next year? Ideally we don't want to move twice. Does really Collaboration work or it's just a myth. Always hearing from Offshore manager is that take more ownership like from offshore we should be working 80% and only 20% will leave for onshore because of time difference..

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

Opinion: the major difference between a service based company and product based is the Hiring Manager. In product based interview you can get a good idea about the work you will be doing by discussing with HM. But not the case with service based where what will you do is based on what project company gets.
