I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Did 4 rounds of interviews. Last 2 with 2 partners at EY. Haven’t heard back even after 1 month. One partner even commented “you will be a good addition to the team”. Hiring manager gave EY email after her interview call with me.
Fast forward two weeks, no communication. Recruiting was surprised that I was still chasing for this position, month later. Got to know last week that hiring team was continuing to interview candidates. Should I drop the idea to get hired? EY hasn’t rejected me yet.

Higher leaders seems to be good , However it all depends on your manager.
My Line manager isnt good at all, like i feel im being worked under a dictator.
Regarding Hybrid shift -few of them strictly follow and few not, again it depends on manager.
Allowance -you will get internet and phone bill reimbursed.
if you r a female employee then cab is free , else you will be charged 1k for below 15 and above 15 its 2 k in banglore and below 10 its free again.
work culture is same like service based companies.
It's 3 days together and 2 days wherever culture, Internet Bills can be claimed as reimbursement!! MAC is only given to particular teams which have approvals for the same!! Culture is okay not that great!!
