I am a band 8 employee, found a better opportunity with 100%+ hike but my manager is not allowing balance leaves adjustment against the notice period to reduce it, I am willing to serve 30 days and I have 20 leaves in balance.

I am not in IC role so there's no specific project that I'm working on & me leaving the work has no impact on the proc/team.

HR team said band 4 & HR headapproval is needed to adjust carryover leaves, also recently they adjusted notice for other employees who left.

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
