Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Looking at the comments here, don't think I agree with most of those. I mean, I understand why you feel that this is not a long term thing or something one would want to do for most part of their work life, but I have heard same stories for almost every consulting firm (excluding backend supports, which in my experience ZS is not but some may have different experience). I personally feel the kind of exposure, opportunities to explore etc. you get here, that'll probably not the case else where. I have found really great mentors, coaches, friends, colleagues here at ZS who make work fun as well.
And to answer your question, yes interns also get the same sort of benefits.
At last, Welcome to ZS and hope you have a great learning experience!!
Happy to chat more, feel free to DM if you have any questions!!
True, it's the same in all service based firms. Which aren't sustainable for long term. Either you have enough resources in your team or have projects with a longer timeline and less delivery margin, only then it's sustainable and you'll have some semblance of work life balance.
If you have the option to leave Runnnnnn!!!!
Enjoy your last college days
Bro... Please avoid joining ZS
Because there is no life here.
Yes
ZS is a good start. Certainly not sustainable for the long term, but it will give you a good start in your career and prepare you for future roles.
