I would suggest to be in india. 30LPA is handsome package. If you try more, you can land up between 35 to 40 LPA. Congratulations for getting offer..
Thanks for response.
Mate your current is 30L. If you switch right now you could get 45. Tell the Dutch company to offer you atleast 100k or the German one to offer 85-90k
Agree. My friends are in both Germany and Netherlands. With 7-8 years of exp they are earning 95k in Germany and 110k in Netherlands. Also if your spouse also starts working there and earn atleast 40-50k then its worth going there otherwise you will have a better life here in 30LPA
Depends on your end goals. If you are looking for international exposure, better quality of living etc. Then you can think of eu. But, strictly talking about monetory part, taxes and cost of living is much higher in eu and you wouldn't end saving much unless your spouse also gets a job in europe. Having said that depending on your goals, please choose as both have some pros and cons - just a suggestion, if you try to switch in India you can easily get more than 40lpa which would be much better then 70k euros
Thanks for your response
In my opinion, if you are just comparing money,
You should compare the savings after expenses for both locations, if the savings are almost comparable, then you should go ahead for the offer because it will provide you international exposure.
Can you let us know the process which you followed to apply for Jobs in Europe from india and getting them converted into interviews?
Employer approached me in LinkedIn
Do they agreed to sponsor visa? That’s good … usually they don’t but look for someone who already possessed.
Yes
Make a switch in India. If I talk about Germany then you will have pay high taxes upto 42% then after that you will left with 50k euros = 41 lacs i don't think it's good idea because you have to my bills like rent, health insurance & food.... Etc i suggest to target for usa companies :)
