I am looking to break into med affairs at an AD level at another org (ideally NJ based), my CV is pretty good IMO (~10 years total between clinical pharmacy and my current role) and I have several apps out (earliest ~1 month ago) but I havent been hearing back. Do I just need to be more patient or are there other steps I can take, I've also been reaching out to recruiters but that's only very recently.

Anyone is a tech role in healthcare ? If so what is your title so you enjoy it?

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?

I have been asked to train a new employee, who is also a senior associate, and it’s been three months but just doesn’t seem to understand our work. We do A123 control testing and have assigned him this one area to test and basically own. I asked him to complete xxx test plans so we can begin testing in the New Year and gave him specific instructions for completing the task. Despite this he is showing no progress and Manager is aware.
