I am working on a support project. Only sending reports is my responsibility. I didn't concentrate much on learning any programming languages. I want to get released from the project as i spent approx 2 years and no growth is seen. Can anyone suggest how to get a lease from project. I tried asking my PM but he rejected straight away.

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?

Hello! I’m wondering if anybody has any advice in getting into HR? I graduated in 2020 with a degree in psychology and had a temporary internship in HR which didn’t teach me much. If I got a manager for employment claims’ position is it hard to pivot to an associate counsel role etc? What do you think the main difference between the two are? Is it a good position for a stepping stone to in house counsel?

I’ve applied to hundreds (literally) of contract, compliance, regulatory, etc. sort of jobs. I’m not looking for a crazy salary either. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. How do I make the switch? Any art directors/sr designers who have successfully pivoted out of a creative role and into something else? Ive been working in visual design for 10 years and I am BORED but have no idea what i could be doing instead. The politics and subjectivity of doing corporate creative work has left me feeling drained. I never want to have another conversation about making something 10 pixels bigger. Although I know you don’t need to pass the patent bar to “technically” do patent litigation, would it be a dead end move to pursue patent litigation without a technical degree / admission to the patent bar? In other words, would most BL firms refuse to staff associates on patent litigation cases if they don’t have a technical degree?
