Hi , I gave my interview on 10th July and HR informed on same day that I have been selected , confirmed CTC and submitted all the documents on 11th July, but still have not received the offer letter. Can anyone please tell how many days it usually takes to send offer letter after selection confirmation and uploading documentation.

So I have a felony. I interviewed with a recruiter today who was super cheerful and nice. Once I disclosed my felony, which she already knew about since a friend referred me to her, she immediately stopped the interview and said she couldn’t in good faith move forward on my application given the nature of my offense. I explained that I had done my time, paid my fines and restitution and had the experience to become a great asset to the organization. -she suggested I look into bartending.

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. A lot of what I’ve done in last year overlaps ProdM responsibilities but I recognize it is a change. Am I reaching too much for a PM role? The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties.
