hi i got interviewed for a job in natwest customer service and operations analyst role based in chennai on july 21st
And in workday portal it says that its still "in process" I didnt get the job right?
And also i applied for the same role in aug 20th and in the portal it says "application received " and no further updates.
Does natwest dont give out rejection emails too or what?

Quarterly, I have a performance review call with my Market Executive and until today never heard anything negative… my growth is slower than I’d like and definitely I’m sure that’s why, but today he said last time “they” wanted to give me a letter of education and he talked “them” out of it. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly.
