Don't know about telstra , but TW is in delicate condition. As I right this message, there have been close to 1000 sperations (from last Friday). And worst part is that , layoffs are happening in TW every 4-5 months from last 2 years and we don't know when it will stop. Whatever good you hear about TW is thing of past now. Thoughtworks is a sinking ship.
Avoid TW as someone mentioned above it’s a sinking ship
Telstra is an australian telecom major. People who work for australian based organizations would know about this. My feedback heard from others working in this company are positive. Good work life balance. Work culture varies from team to team, work nature etc. Cant generalize. Overall work culture is good. Check on the compensation part ( how much variable and annual hike etc).
Avoid TW. TW problem is more than layoff rightnow. No one knows where it’s heading.
Telstra also has frequent layoffs...2800 people laidoff this year
