I got offer in Infosys with 9lpa offer which includes 10% variable pay and my current experience is 3.4years. The job title provided in offer letter is QUALITY ENGINEERING ANALYST and job level mentioned is 4. Here comes my questions,
1. Is this the package offered is the current market value in Infosys for my experience?
2. Is the job level mentioned is worth joining or how the work pressure for the job level 4?

Hello guys, Tomorrow is DOJ in INFOSYS and I have asked 1 week back for CTC revision by showing CGI OL and my HR told me that I got all approvals and will send my revised OL. Till now I didn't get. Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?
