visa - sdet. I have to test the visa payments system, have to trigger runs and some development tasks like bug fixes in the internal testing tool developed by the team.
Tech stack - c#, rexx, mainframe, manual testing

Hartford - sdet where I will work with modern tech stack like playwright, karate, cicd pipelines and so on.

Visa is in banglore and hartford is in Hyderabad. Compensation almost same.

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:

What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well
