Hi, I have done BE and am a frontend developer with 4 years of experience. I have keen interest and skills in management and have done scrum master certification recently. But all the Scrum Master jobs expect 8 9 years of experience. I am not interested in coding and want to switch to management roles. What approach can i take ?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance.
