After almost 2 years, I got into Specialist Programmer role with 8L(including bonus). I thought maybe this is good, I can switch companies and earn a good pay, no need for an MBA to earn more. But I have recently come across discussion that has shed light on the long term aspects.

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.

But new employer wants me to join on an immediate basis and the current organisation have a clause taht i have to pay the salalry on NP days(if full NP not served) or if i abscond they can take any legal action me.

Bit of a confusion what should I do ? take risk and join new organisation or stay in current one.?

Now I am unaware of how to find jobs with this certification. And when I found some opportunities, they all need 3-4 year experience.
