Hi i have recently got an offer in Morgan Stanley. Trying to reach HR but no response. If anyone is aware, Kindly help me clarify my queries

1. I have received RSA token before my joining date and no response from HR. If they have provided only RSA key, in that case does MS provide laptop or we have to use our own laptop

2. Any idea on deductions in salary. I'm confused since my allowances is 50% of my basic salary.

3. Since it's a hybrid model, do they still wfh benefits/ allowances

US transplant with 7 YOE looking to work at Capital One in UK expected to make £100k at M or £115k with promotion to SM. Is this good in comparison to other firms? What do Big 4 and other firms pay for around this YOE?

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm doing patent work. I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). Do I try to stick it out at the firm while getting the masters, ask for a reduced hours schedule, or get a part time, non-legal job so I can focus more on the program (one year).

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
