But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

Yeah I agree, I wouldn't bother drawing attention to it at this stage. You can make a humble joke about it at some point during the interview stage if you want, or once you get an offer even! But this kind of thing happens to the best of us. I highly doubt it will cost you the job.
I know you're super anxious about it, but just try to trust the process. It's definitely something you can improve for the next interview if this one doesn't pan out, but I promise it's better not to draw attention to it.
I don't think you really need to worry about it that much. A lot of people have little mistakes on their résumé, it's just part of being human. Good that you caught it though but I wouldn't worry about it.
Agree with the others here that is isn't the end of the world. You made it to the interview and I think that alone speaks wonders.
I don’t think I would call this out. Google receives thousands of resumes daily and, mistake or not, yours passed muster and ended up before a human being! In itself, this is an accomplishment. Focus on connecting with the recruiter at your interview and then, if you feel its appropriate, address the typos.
You can when you get to your interview, but there's no need in doing it now. People are often skimming over resumes anyway and waiting for you to discuss it so I don't think it's a big deal. It could be naturally weaved into conversation if they ask about writing, grammar, or editing.
