I was working in Pune for last 10 years in Finance/Accounts stream, but due to some personal issues I left my job in Pune & joined a new company 3 months back in my hometown. Here the work culture is so typical, people are working manually & nobody is willing to change themself & work smartly. Even my manager is not allowing me to work in smart & advanced way & I don't feel I'll be having new learning & growth here.

Should I move back to Pune or try to find some decent work from home job?
