I went through two technical rounds and one managerial round of interview for the role of scrum master at Deloitte USI. My last round (managerial round) was on 20th December. But, I have received no further confirmation whether I have been selected or not. In the portal it is still showing as “Interview in Progress”. Does this mean I have been rejected after the managerial round or due to the holidays in between there is a delay?

After graduating with my MBA with a focus in project management, I moved organizations to go from an EMR education manager to a full time project manager specializing in EMR implementation projects. I’ve found that although I enjoy the work- changing organizations and roles in a remote world was harder than I anticipated. I want to be great at my job and I think connecting with others that have gone through similar things could help.
