I tried to ask for their budget because i didn’t have the full position details, but they didn’t provide and asked again the range I was hoping for. I did end up responding, and secured an interview within the next couple of weeks. If all goes well will there be room for negotiations if I get an offer?

New neighbors moved in the past weekend so there was plenty of loud noise & banging, but I didn’t care about the noise. Today, it was louder than the weekend & one of their friends kid was running around screaming as I was trying to work, but I let it go. It’s 9pm & the kid is still sprinting all over & the banging is non-stop. I have young kids & make a point for them to not disturb my neighbors when they’re here. Am I being unreasonable to want quiet at 9pm on a Monday?

I have a first year copywriter who is good and doing all the right things for a junior. However, she (naturally) makes mistakes and still has a lot to learn. However, she sets constant last minute meetings with me for feedback, which is basically her way of getting more validation and reassurance. I’m getting sick of it.
