Hi, I'm already holding an offer of 8.5 fixed from Org1. And, after being interviewed by Cognizant, the HR said she can only offer me 7 fixed 20K variable. Seriously? All she's saying is that it's based on my current CTC (3.79 fixed+20K variable = 3.99).

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

Switch won't make sense if I don't get the basic hike.
