Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

8.5 -> 11 ~30% hike.
Usually they'll match it or provide 5-10% hike on holding offer i.e. 8.5. Your expectation of 30% in oneshot is a bit high.
Ask them for something around ~9.5, then take that to another company for even higher number.
I'm not much aware of your tech stack, but check what your experience guy should be getting.
Ok brother. She hasn't called me yet. But, I'm definitely gonna say that I can't accept an offer below the current offer that I'm holding. If you can give me a 25% hike over my current package, that's fine. Otherwise, no.
