Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

New buildings are safe and pretty spacious (relatively speaking). Downside is not really much to do around this area and food delivery is not great. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?
