On the ABB site I have noticed in the "Refine your search" filters, in the "City" field, there are some cities not searchable even though there are jobs in those cities. Examples, Milwaukee and Escanaba. Wauwatosa is another one that I have seen openings for in the past. Can anyone from ABB let HR know? There is no way to provide feedback on the website (chatbot could not help).

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I am going to counter but curious what anyone thinks I should ask for. I was thinking 8%.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ?
