Sure!
Here if you need help
Of course! Networking is awesome and building a network of strong fellow leaders will help build you up!
Sure!
I’d love to connect and get to know you better! Perhaps we could swap insights on development goals and how we could help each other grow.
Would love to be part of this network.

Yes!
I love it!
I would welcome it
Yes, count me in!
I am new here, too. Been on here a few weeks. I cannot remember how I got here but got a link and looked into it. I have been in HR over 22 years and on the executive side off/on since 2008. Suffice it to say: I am a little tired. Covid spent me. So, yeah…I am here to chat and help others navigate leadership because when you get to Exec ranks, it’s all guys and they don’t really listen. They think they are above that. Women have empathy and a lot of men get into roles by hanging out with the bros club or just knowing the right people. They have ZERO people skills and it’s toxic to the productivity of workers and that is why we are seeing workers quit in droves (even though we are in a recession and inflation is at an all time high).
Same! I’m in for sure.
Count me as well!
I can relate. I was called aggressive at a workplace for speaking plainly about about a project. I was not hostile. No name calling. No swearing which all of the men did.
I asked to be heard. We need to help each other. If someone steals an idea in a meeting we need to give it back to the woman in the room. We have to start standing up for each other
Yes!!!
Absolutely!
