I have been working in a project in accenture for 3.5 yrs. I asked for roll off. They have told 3-4 mnth ( which doesnt reasonable ). I have talked to HR, they also said its the discussion for DU lead or People Lead. Gave me a vague timeline of end of Oct on mail. Is there anyway I can expedite the process ?
2nd,project have started calling 3 days office ( accenture has 1 one mandate ). I am thinking of not flwng that.Will it b cnsdrd misconduct or lead to termination ?
