Tech stack: sap technical ( ABAP + UI5 )

ADP : 35 ctc including 12% variable ( Hyderabad ) preferred location.

SAP : 33 ctc including 10% variable + 1.5 sign on bonus - have to shift bangalore

How does comp change over time in industry? Managed to get a few offers, but they are all lateral moves on my current compensation. Also aware my compensation at a T2 increases my c.10-15% p.a. by just performing. What’s the trajectory like in industry? Am I going to regret this move? Thanks all

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
