I’m asking this question and yes, it is a somewhat implied criticism or feedback, if you prefer. Why do recruiters treat the candidates like disposable items? It seems to be a one way street with the candidate just the poor sap at the end of the chain. You don’t have to update them, you don’t consider it a partnership and the candidates will always come back.

And btw, we remember. So if I need a recruiter, I won’t call YOU if you haven’t treated me in a professional manner

Anyone here work in corporate strategy and can give an overview of the recruiting process? Was told it’d just be basic behavioral questions and simple cases, but wanted to confirm

Feels like consulting haven’t grown my skills. With two years being an analyst and recently promoted to consultant, I cannot apply to any positions outside as I haven’t learnt anything.

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

Whats’s the ideal CV length for UK mid-level roles (4-5 YoE) to engage recruiters?

Is 1 page containing punchy & concise XYZ points preferred in the UK over 2 pages inc. a bit more details of projects/ tasks?

Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.
