I cleared all the round of capegemini.
Got the offer letter but its very disappointing.
CCTC- 12 , 11 Fixed
ECTC - 17 fixed.

I agreed on 17 they went ahead with interview.
Now what they offered is very very less.
I cleared 4 round including 2 client round.
They gave 14 CTC with 13.39 fixed.
Its not even 20%.
I have given all the documents for bgv but have not accepted the OL and Have filled the pre onboarding details they sent today. What shall i do. I cant join with this.

How do you get experience when no one will hire you? I wouldn’t mind hanging a shingle but I feel it’d be irresponsible to do so with no experience. Unlike all of my classmates, I never landed an internship/externship in law school - had only one interview. I was a PT law student, came from a CS background, and worked in IT throughout law school. I passed the bar exam on my first try (Oct 2020) and have only had a couple interviews out of the hundreds of applications I sent out. Any suggestions?
