I need help managing a contract transition. I just started working as project manager owning a large system and help manage a team of developers contracted by a different company. Looking at Forrester, they are both leaders in the space, but it would be helpful to understand the perception of each.

If you crushed your first two interviews, but did not too stellar on the third, will you get rejected?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
