What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. I have job offers from TCS (Noida) and LTI (Delhi). I am currently working in support. In TCS also I have been hired for a support project. No project details have been shared regarding the LTI offer.

Profile : SAP EHS Consultant 4YOE
Current CTC : 7.7 lac fixed + 1.1 lac variable
TCS: 9 lac fixed+ 3 lac variable
LTI: 9.9 lac + 1.1 lac variable (they have shared that they will try to get approvals and make it comparable to the counter offer)

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
