I cleared all my technical & final hr discussion round with IBS. Still hr person not connected with me for negotiation. It's been 2 weeks now. Feeling like hr has ghosted me with no further updates on the process or for the negotiations.

Can anyone from IBS let me know is it process to ghost completely after all the successful rounds with candidate? Hr is not at all responding to my emails and not picking my calls as well.

1) What is the French consulting scene like? Accenture, KPMG, PWC and Deloitte all recruit directly from my school, as well as a few boutique french firms.
2) Are MBA Summer consulting internships a good idea, or should I do a school consulting project and apply as a FT hire?
